You cannot re-distribute the item in a template, as stock, or source files. This means that you cannot buy the item and re-sell it on any other online store.

Individual vs. team licenses:

Some of our products have individual and team license options. If you are working solo, then the "individual" option should be chosen. If you are working with others on a team who will be using the UI kit/templates, then you will want to select the "Team" option.
